A Genuine Indian Experience
Do you live in the Palm Beach area in Florida? Are you looking to visit Palm Beach any time soon? If so, I have found something that you simply cannot miss! While looking for an experience for myself and my fiance, I figured what hits home harder than food. With that said, I wanted to find a restaurant that would provide a unique experience. After doing a few searches online, I noticed that Indus Indian and Herbal Cuisine had a lot to offer.
Deciding to give Indus a shot, I called ahead to make a reservation for my fiance and I. When we showed up to the restaurant and walked inside, I was surprised at what I walked into. Expecting a general restaurant, the genuine Indian design was a pleasant change. Once inside the restaurant, my fiance and I were quickly greeted, seated and told that our server would be with us momentarily. While we waited, we decided to take a look at the menu.
Although, my fiance and I are quite familiar with many types of food, we had never eaten Indian food up until that day. With that said, reading the menu was a bit much for me. Although, not understanding the menu can be a burden in some cases, it wasn’t at Indus. This is because, when our server arrived to the table, we realized that the servers at Indus Indian and Herbal Cuisine had all the answers we were looking for. I would love to give a name for the server that answered all of my questions but, the most pleasing part was that not only did we have one server to answer questions, it seemed like everyone in the restaurant worked only for us! So, we were helped by many different people.
After all of our questions were answered, my fiance and I were ready to order. Knowing that I am a curry fan and the Chicken Tikka Massalla had a curry taste with a twist, I figured that this would be the best meal for me. On the other hand, my fiance likes a more spicy taste so, she went with the biyrdiani. How long it took to get the food was another thing that I planned on writing in this review however, I don’t even know how long it took because we were so into the live band it felt like seconds.
When the food made it to our table we were in for another surprise. Although we expected for our food to be plated for us, we were pleasantly surprised when the servers gave us empty plates and bowls with the different items. It seemed at this point that Indus Indian and Herbal Cuisine went to all lengths to provide a genuine Indian dinner experience. Once we bit into our food, we both decided that Indus would be a restaurant that we would enjoy time and time again.
The entire trip was absolutely amazing. From the time it took to be seated to the ease of getting our questions answered to the speed and taste of the food, we absolutely enjoyed every bit of it! That is why I felt like I had to write this for all to read! I hope you enjoy your time at Indus Indian and Herbal Cuisine as much as I did!
